My book ghostwriting services, over the years. I’m a member of many writers and editors groups. Including The National Association of Women Writers. Also Today’s Woman, a prestige group of poetry writers who “bring poets together.”
Working Writers, a discrete, highly discriminating and limited-membership group of working writers, editors, and publishers. And Copy Editors, an Internet-based group devoted solely to the fine art of copy editing. I’m a book ghostwriter primarily. NDAs make it impossible to cite many of my works, except in general terms. And the rest of our work as well, although you can get credentials from our individual ghostwriters.
My credentials are impeccable though brief, due to lack of ability to mention my work:
The Floating Gallery of Arbor Books on Madison Ave., New York City, where I have worked occasionally as a ghostwriter. The eWriters’ Guild, which they describe as ‘a society of talented and noteworthy writers of the Web.’ Freelance Writers, which is for all kinds of sophisticated freelancers. Authors Den, of which I am a Bronze Member. And the Comic Writing and Humour and Journalism groups of Write Words, a premier writers association of the UK.
I was Staff Editor for a year on the Human ImagineeringWebZine. Member of the Writing Mafia group at LinkedIn. And I’m in dozens of other writing, publishing, arts and humanities related groups.
GWI also lists at LinkedIn under Karen S. Cole as a professional freelance writing agency. We use and hire ghostwriters, editors, artists, photographers, marketers and publishing assistance. I used to keep writing samples at Writing.com, where my review work averaged 4.65 out of 5 stars.
Ghostwriting Memberships Continued:
Membership in an exclusive group of writers and others, Phenomenal Women of the Web. Welcomed into their upper circle, becoming the Epitome of a Phenomenal Woman. Active in Simply Enchanting Angels, a philanthropic women’s group. Joined Mike’s Writing Workshop. Finally, I’m a member of GreatReporter.com, where they keep many Internet worldwide news stories.
I have listed with online writing services such as: Daylo, WriteSight, Authors Den, Writing.com, and WritersNet. Expert Author at Ezine Articles, attained their Platinum (10% of the Expert Authors) membership. Which Ezine only gives (without fee) to a few top writers there. Also, I’m an Expert Author at ArticleClick.com and a listed writer for Associated Content. I have written regularly for the American Chronicle/California Chronicle as well.
I was a Staff Poetry and Fiction Editor at Literary Magic.
Worked with this online literary arts magazine for three years, from 2007-2010. They hosted my editor’s brief biography and occasionally took my story and poetry contributions. Wrote poetry on staff at another literary arts online magazine, The Jimston Journal.
Dark fantasy Twisted Tongue UK literary magazine ran my short story as #1 for its winter of 2008 issue. I was nominated for membership in the International Society of Poets. And I have attained their advanced membership. I am a member of the Canadian Federation of Poets, where they run my brief biography.
A rundown of only some of my work
My work is often poetical in its nature. But I write fiction and nonfiction prose capably. In 2007 and 2008 I was nominated for Poet of the Year, and appointed a Poetry Ambassador by Poetry.com. Which as of 2009 is run by Lulu.com, a well-known self publishing service. They host the International Library of Poetry. I have won two of their Outstanding Achievements in Poetry awards. My poems were published in their 2006, 2007 and 2008 anthologies.
Pregnant Because I’m Pregnant won an Editor’s Choice Award at Poetry.com in 2007. It included, along with Woes = Two Dozen Bears, which also won an Editor’s Choice award. I have won ten Editor’s Choice awards from them, including one for You are NOT Disabled, Too in January 2008. And I’ve won two Poetry Fellowships there, plus three of their Best Poet awards. My Winter Calls the Way of Life poem led off their winter 2008 anthology edition. It was also published in Eternal Heartland: Route 70 by Eber and Wein Publishing in August 2010. I won their Certificate of Achievement in Poetry, too.
You may read my poems at Authors Den
Other companies than Poetry.com have also been intrigued by my poesy. My poem Autumn Leaves Never Die was accepted into the poetry anthology Centres of Expression. Which was published by Noble House. Two of my poems were accepted for inclusion in the Reese Tyler Poetry Anthology. I won their Best Poetry award. I also copy edited and proofread a book length poem about St. Joan of Arc in 2007 for Ben K., published in 2007.
But I didn’t write much poetry in 2009, and am not planning on writing poetry in 2010-2011. Nor have I been writing poetry in 2017-2018. I am open for your ghostwriting and editing jobs instead. Nowadays, I send most projects out to members of our team. That way I can oversee the jobs, collect my referral fees, and run the show behind the scenes.
Ghostwriting Services Published Credits
Note: You may readily purchase my and our team members’ ghostwritten books through Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Smashwords and Apple iPad, as well as many other such planetary book venues.
The Antichrist Version 666 was authored by Cloise Orand II and ghostwritten mostly by me. It was published by Port Orchard Publishing in 2006. First published in New York City, 2005. The author and his wife have been featured on Hannity and Combes and other TV and radio shows. They sold an average of 12-20 copies per day from their website. I edited/rewrote a book about a Haitian woman that made the top of the New York Times nonfiction bestseller list. The author promoted the book widely in Europe.
If our authors must find ways to sell their work – we help them do so.
Another of my authors podcast several radio interviews, selling books through local library and bookstore show signings. Notably, I have proofread, copyedited, ghostwritten, researched or rewritten the contents of the books listed below. But there are many high points of my other published works which I cannot mention. Because I’m under NDA as their avowed and assigned ghostwriter. It’s completely up to you whether or not I receive any credit for my paid labors.
Our ghostwriting services include diversity in all walks of life.
My own magnum opus, The Rainbow Horizon: A Tale of Goofy Chaos, was published in 2015. It’s the world’s first truly multicultural American humor novel, or at least some people think so! Featuring a few members of most ethnic groups residing in the Pacific Northwest. It’s the book I promised Bobby Seale, the head of the Black Panthers, that I would write starring Black people, back in 1964 when I was all of four years old. Sadly, it was published several years after his death. He was so kind, letting me wear the black beret of the Panthers, while I told him I would write him a special adult book when I grew up. Sadly, he died in 1989, 26 years before I published TRH for the first time. So he never got to read it…unless, like some reports state, he’s still alive out there, somewhere.
The Rainbow Horizon: A Tale of Goofy Chaos
I have also contributed articles and corrections to Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia. Entered and corrected an article on RSS codes and one on Center Park. The first apartment building in the United States built specifically for people with handicaps. Also, I’ve written many service related blogs which are getting higher Google rankings. And I will be writing several more.
One of my favorite blogs, hosted on Blogger, used to feature fan fiction I wrote about Dr. King. It helped land me a job in 2007 as the editor of a book about his assassination investigation. Also, I have worked on a nonfiction book by a Mafia widow. It revealed how the entire Italian-American Mob was brought down by just two men in the 1970s. One of that jaded mobster pair stopped an assassination plot to kill President Kennedy. By “erasing” his potential other mobster murderer.
A few of my select projects over the years:
Below this paragraph you will find a rundown of some recent projects. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked on or assisted with hundreds of books. Both fiction and nonfiction, and I’ve performed numerous other projects such as assisting with screenplays. Many of the books I’ve ghostwritten, copyedited, proofread, rewritten or otherwise assisted with their production have become bestsellers; but I’m not allowed to mention who wrote them, if I ever worked on them, or the book titles.
Usually when a book becomes a bestseller, the author takes all the credit. It’s considered to be the author’s privilege. If you don’t mind, I can share credit as a coauthor or through traditional ghostwriter methods. Such as by using the phrase “As told to Karen Cole” on the book cover. Or “This book wouldn’t have been possible without my Editor, Karen Cole” on the acknowledgments page. Or on the book’s spine, or in the credits for any book-related movies, films or TV shows.
Anyway, I will now give you a partial list of my acknowledged work.
Since we hit the Wild Wild Web in 2003. I am available for work, but you must ask me. I’ve performed a wide variety of jobs from 2003 through 2018. Lately, I’ve been assigning most of our projects to writers and editors on the GWI Referral Team. Including nonfiction and fiction novels, and movie scripts involving ghostwriting, copy editing, proofreading, photography, cover art and illustration.
Also book and screenplay formatting and any needed related documents. Plus book proposals and book/film sales platforms. And book/film marketing and promotional plans crafted by our GWI partners.
Continuing my projects, but only the ones I’m allowed to list here:
Several books and other projects, ghost written and copy edited by me, up until 2015. Including a book proposal and ghostwriting a neuropsychologist’s potentially bestselling book on dating. And how it relates to neurons and their formation in the human brain, written for the layman. Two nonfiction memoirs by US Marines, one by a hugely medal-awarded Afghan-American soldier. And one by an American “hillbilly” Marine exposed to Agent Orange and other hideous, cancer-causing mortal dangers in Vietnam.
Three political fiction novels by a Haitian-Floridian university professor. Concerning multiculturalism, and Haitian-American sexual awareness. Two chic lit novels about life between families of South Americans. And how they handle love, money, fame and death. Two science fiction dark fantasy books about gay | straight vampires who frequent Satanic dance clubs. By a Mexican-American female author.
